Our 5004G-014 an uber rare reference for the Italian marketplace. Silver white opaline dial. Just confirmed authenticity of reference and dial color with head of service of Stern in NY.  And authenticity of certificate of origin and the archive.

Sold 2002, serviced by Patek in 2005. During this service, the isolator system was updated as were most first and second edition 5004’s to address the "rattrapante drag" issue. The change in the isolator bridge ensured the split-seconds hand could be stopped without affecting the main movement's amplitude.

This does not impact value nor collectibility but allows split seconds to function properly. Watch was not polished during this routine service.
