    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    Due to the individual craftsmanship involved in every piece produced in our atelier, Glenn Bradford does not accept returns and no refunds will be provided. You may exchange merchandise in accordance with the exchange policy set forth below. Exchanges of merchandise which are not in compliance with the conditions and time frames set forth below may be rejected by Glenn Bradford and will be sent back to you.

    Exchange period

    You may exchange merchandise purchased on the Website. The package containing the merchandise to be exchanged must be deposited with the shipper within seven (7) days of receipt of the merchandise.

    Exchange process

    If you wish to exchange merchandise, you must comply with the following steps: Call 631-400-9800 or email sh@glennbradford.com to request an exchange authorization. Glenn Bradford will send a return shipping label to you. The shipping label is only valid on the date specified on the shipping label. Include the merchandise and all items and documents included with the merchandise in its original box. All shipments must be double boxed using new, unused UPS orFedEx shipping boxes. For example, the merchandise must be put in its original box, inside a FedEx medium box, inside a FedEx large box. Seal the delivery package and affix the return shipping label. Drop off the package at any staffed UPS orFedEx location (no drop boxes) or call UPS or FedEx to arrange for pick-up. If you call to arrange for pick-up, the package must be scanned into the UPS or FedEx system before the driver leaves the place of pick-up. You must obtain and keep your receipt. You must keep proof of return shipment. Glenn Bradford accepts no liability in the event you are unable to produce such proof. Only merchandise received by Glenn Bradford will be eligible for exchange only. Upon receiving the merchandise, Glenn Bradford will verify that the merchandise satisfies the conditions of the exchange policy.

    Conditions to exchange merchandise

    Glenn Bradford products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. Glenn Bradford will not accept for exchange any merchandise that shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

    Glenn Bradford will not accept exchanges on any special orders, sized, altered, or engraved pieces.

    All exchanges will be subject to strict review to ensure that the merchandise satisfies Glenn Bradford’s standards. If the merchandise does not meet these standards, Glenn Bradford will refuse the exchange and the merchandise will be sent back to the customer. If the merchandise satisfies these standards, Glenn Bradford will proceed with the exchange.

    Merchandise credit

    Upon verification that the merchandise satisfies the standards set forth above, Glenn Bradford will issue a merchandise credit to the customer. Initial and return shipping charges, including insurance, will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the original amount paid by the customer before a credit is issued. Merchandise credit is valid for three hundred sixty(360) days and can be used toward the purchase price of items purchased on the Website or in the Glenn Bradford Southampton shop.

    SALES TAX & PRICES

    All prices on the website are shown in United States Dollars. Local taxes, including sales tax, if applicable, will be added to your order.

    SHIPPING RATES

    We only ship overnight or second day UPS or Fedex and the client will be charged a nominal amount for shipping, including insurance, for all online orders within the continental United States. International customers, as well as customers located outside of the continental United States, are responsible for shipping and insurance charges, including any taxes or customs duties. Glenn Bradford generally uses UPS and FedEx for shipments, however, we may use any shipping service we deem appropriate. Please contact us with any special delivery requests.

    Watch Warranty

    All watches have been scrutinized by our team of professionals and serviced when required prior to being released to our clients. Glenn Bradford Fine Jewelry Corp., identified below as GBFJ, warrants the dependable functioning of the watch movement for a period of One Year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers internal parts defects. All warranty service is performed at our service center and iscarried out by our expertly trained master watchmakers. Newer watches may be covered by themanufacturer’s warranty.

    In the event of a malfunction arising within the warranty period, GBFJ will remedy the defect at no cost. When servicing, we procure original factory parts when possible, but dependent on availability may use similar replacement parts.

    GBFJ Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, abuse, or other normal wear and tear. Warranty also excludes bracelets, leather or leather straps, broken or scratched crystals and water damage. The Warranty is considered null and void if serviced by a third party. In addition, the Warranty does not cover modification through the addition or subtraction of parts or accessories not supplied by GBFJ.

    Self-winding watches run best when worn daily and develop a rhythm.

    Because most mechanical, self-winding and quartz watches do not keep perfectly accurate time we will service each timepiece to be within our watchmaker’s recommended tolerances. Self winding watches need to build an adequate charge (power reserve), in order to run overnight. If not worn daily or if there is inadequate wrist movement while being worn, a self-winding watch may stop periodically. In these instances, we recommend manually winding your self-winding watch 40 spins clockwise on the crown. In addition, for convenience, you may want to purchase one of our recommended watch winders, to maintain time if not worn daily.
