Complete Movement Service
Full disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, lubrication, and reassembly of the movement to manufacturer specifications. Includes timing regulation and a full function test.
Crystal Replacement
Replacement of scratched, cracked, or broken crystals using sapphire, mineral, or acrylic glass matched to the original specification of your timepiece.
Water Resistance Testing
Pressure testing and resealing of gaskets and crowns to restore and verify the original water resistance rating of your watch.
Case & Bracelet Restoration
Professional refinishing of cases and bracelets to restore original luster, including polishing of brushed and polished surfaces to factory finish. We do not recommend polishing the watch case. What is as important as what we do is what we do not do. We look at watches as alternative investments and want the watches to retain its original lines. However, if a client wishes to polish their watch case, we can do it.
Crown & Stem Repair
Replacement of worn, damaged, or stripped crowns and stems. Includes correct sizing and fitting to ensure proper winding and time-setting function.
Battery Replacement
Quartz battery replacement using manufacturer-recommended cells, with full gasket inspection and resealing to maintain water resistance integrity.
Intake & Assessment
Every watch is logged and examined by our watchmaker, who provides a full condition report and service estimate before any work begins.

We contact you with a detailed quote and timeline. No work proceeds without your explicit consent.

Quality Control
