Every repair we undertake is done by hand in our New York City workshop — the same workshop where we create our original jewelry. There are no shortcuts here, no outsourcing, no guesswork. When you bring us a piece, it stays in our hands from intake to return.
Ring Resizing
Precise sizing up or down while preserving the integrity of the shank, settings, and any engraving or milgrain detail. Performed entirely in our NYC workshop.
Prong Re-Tipping & Rebuilding
Worn or broken prongs re-tipped or fully rebuilt to secure your stones. We inspect every prong on the piece, not just the visible damage.
Stone Replacement & Setting
Lost or damaged stones sourced and set to match the original. We work with diamonds, colored gemstones, and pearls — all set by hand in our workshop.
Chain & Clasp Repair
Broken chains soldered, stretched links tightened, and clasps replaced or rebuilt. We match metal type and finish so the repair is seamless.
Rhodium Plating
White gold re-plated with rhodium to restore its bright, white finish. Includes a full polish and inspection before plating.
Cleaning & Polishing
Professional ultrasonic cleaning and hand-polishing to restore brilliance. Safe for diamonds, most colored stones, and all metal types — we advise on any exceptions.
Engraving
Hand or machine engraving on rings, bracelets, pendants, and lockets. Monograms, dates, coordinates, or a personal message — done in our workshop with care.
Heirloom Reimagining
Old gold, inherited stones, or pieces that no longer fit your life transformed into something you'll wear again. Designed with Glenn in our Southampton boutique or remotely, and crafted entirely in our NYC workshop.
Intake & Assessment
Your piece is examined in detail and a full condition report prepared. We tell you exactly what it needs — and what it doesn't.
Your Approval
We contact you with a quote and timeline before any work begins. Nothing proceeds without your explicit sign-off.
Handcrafted Repair
All work is performed by hand in our New York City workshop using fine tools and materials appropriate to your specific piece.
Final Inspection
Every repaired piece is inspected, cleaned, and reviewed before it leaves our workshop and is returned to you.
