18kt green gold with ~6cttw. 11mmx11mm custom double-sided rose-cut deep Amethyst with ~.34cttw. Pavé round diamond brilliants with hand engraving 1/3 down each side of shank. Size 7 3/4 which can be sized with meticulous care in our New York atelier.
